Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, including fulfillment timeframes, delivery estimates, and what to expect from our third-party partners.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–7 business days, which includes time for verification, production, quality control, and packaging. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

We partner with Printful and Printify to produce and ship our products. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the item, availability, and fulfillment center location.

2. Holiday Shipping & Peak Season Delays

Please allow for additional processing and shipping time during holidays or high-volume seasons (such as November through December). Carrier backlogs and fulfillment delays are common during these periods, and delivery estimates may be extended.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

Delivery times are provided by our fulfillment partners and may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

4. Shipping Carriers

Our third-party fulfillment providers use a variety of trusted carriers, including USPS, FedEx, DHL, and other regional services. Carrier selection is based on shipping method, location, and efficiency.

5. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive in different packages. This is because products may be fulfilled at different Printful or Printify locations based on availability and product type.

You will receive tracking information for each package as they ship.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions—check our site banners or homepage for active offers.

7. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status.

If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days of ordering, please contact us.

8. Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide to most countries. However, there may be restrictions in certain regions due to carrier limitations or local regulations. If we’re unable to ship to your location, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your country’s customs office. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international border processing.

10. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • Lost Orders: Check with your local postal service and neighbors first. If not found, we’ll investigate with the carrier.
  • Damaged Orders: Email us photos of the damaged items along with your order number at sicartsmedia@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.

11. Delivery Guarantee Disclaimer

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, SIC ARTS MEDIA is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by carrier service issues, weather conditions, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

We will, however, do everything we can to support you in tracking and resolving any delivery problems.

12. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept changes or cancellations once an order enters production. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately after placing your order, and we’ll try to help if production hasn’t started yet.

13. Third-Party Fulfillment

We work with Printful and Printify to produce and fulfill many of our products. As a result, some items may be shipped separately or come from different locations.
